Meet Niamh, one of the founders and directors behind NeuroBridge Solutions. As a neurodivergent individual herself, she brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of the neurodivergent experience to her work.  Niamh's expertise is backed by impressive credentials, including qualifications as a Neurodiversity and Inclusion trainer and a newly qualified Civil and Commercial Mediator with the Society of Mediators. She holds an Honours Degree in Social Science and a Degree in Psychology and Criminology from Plymouth University.

Niamh's mission is clear: to bridge the gap and create a world where neurodiversity is celebrated and valued.  Her dedication to understanding the unique strengths and challenges of neurodivergent individuals has driven the success of NeuroBridge Solutions. Committed to making a difference, Niamh volunteers on the Independent Prison Monitoring Board and serves on the board developing the first NeuroInclusive Strategy for the Island of Jersey.

She has also co-founded the charity AllMatters Neurodiverse Jersey, further demonstrating her commitment to neurodiversity advocacy.  Before her current role, Niamh worked in finance for over 10 years, where she qualified as a Chartered Accounts Technician. This experience provided her with a wealth of knowledge that she now applies to her work at NeuroBridge Solutions, particularly in developing improvements in the finance industry for neurodivergent employees.  

Niamh's two primary areas of focus are neurodiversity and the criminal justice system. She is also a strong advocate for improving education for neurodivergent students. As a leader, Niamh paves the way for organizations to embrace neurodiversity and reap the benefits of a more inclusive and innovative workplace. Her vision inspired the foundation of NeuroBridge Solutions, and her commitment to empowerment continues to guide the company's mission every day.
