Bernie Wright

Bernie Wright is an accredited psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and co-founder of NEDDE Training. With nearly two decades of experience, Bernie has worked extensively in the field of eating disorders, including as senior lecturer and clinical lead at the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED). Her work is grounded in deep clinical expertise and a passion for neuroaffirmative care.

Frances Button

Frances Button is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in crisis intervention, safeguarding, and clinical leadership. Formerly a Clinical Lead Manager for an NHS provider, Frances brings deep expertise from frontline services, youth mental health, and trauma-informed care.

Lisa Smith

Lisa Smith is a BANT Registered Nutritionist and co-founder of NEDDE Training, specialising in functional nutrition with a deeply individualised approach. With over a decade of experience working alongside Bernie Wright, Lisa brings expertise in eating behaviours and neurodivergence, grounded in both clinical knowledge and holistic understanding.
